I have finally managed to catch up with the results on the website, which are available on the horizontal menu above,
cleverly disguised as "Results". A quick analysis reveals some very close racing, particularly at the top of each fleet,
whichis good to see. Accss o the series prizes are still fairly open with a further two races to run. the light winds in
COGS2 have meant that, with the exception of Per Elisa and Jacobi, everyone has already given up a discard, so the
remaining two races remain very important indeed.
HRSC are just ahead of RCYC in the team results by 2 points. However, with discards RFYC and SMSC are still in
a position to take the top spot - make sure your COGS rep is aware that you are racing so that you may be selected
for the team. A full team of 3 boats is important to make sure your club is competative.
We hope to have a race report published for COGS4 in the next few days. Both COGS3 and COGS4 were notaworthy
races with 46 yachts taking part across a joint fleet membership and excellent winds for both. The A2 Rigging Penzance
Race SI's are currently in production and will be published here in the next week or so.
